AACC will be held from April 10 to 14, 2026, in Seattle, Washington. EXHIBITORS MUST register as booth staff through the Exhibitor Service Center. SPEAKERS must register to attend through the Speaker Service Center, which will open for registration from November 4 to December 2. If you register before the speaker form opens, your attendee type will be updated on request, but you will not receive a refund for the difference between the attendee and speaker rates. When you register, you will receive the rate corresponding to your institution’s /organization’s membership status. A community college, campus, district, state office, educational associate, or corporate partner that is in good standing. Good standing is defined as a current annual membership.
Non-Member 501c3 or 501c6
(Not-for-profit)
A community college or university accredited by one of the Council for Regional Accrediting Commission (C-RAC) agencies that does not have current AACC membership, a non-profit organization, or a private foundation.
For-profit/company
For-profit companies that are not a part of the corporate program.
Member (Faculty)
Faculty employed by an institutional member. Faculty is defined as an instructor, assistant professor, associate professor, or professor. Chairs and Deans are not eligible for this rate.
Speaker
You must be listed on an accepted abstract to receive the speaker rate that corresponds to your organization’s membership status.
ELIGIBILITY: AACC 2026 is a select event, exclusively for higher education professionals, affiliated councils, think tanks, federal government employees, foundation representatives, corporate entities, and non-profit organizations. No individuals under 18 years of age are allowed to attend at any time. This restriction maintains the event's focus and relevance. MEMBER/NON-MEMBER RATE: When you register, you'll be charged the rate corresponding to your organization’s membership status. No refunds will be issued if your membership status changes after you register.
INELIGIBLE REGISTRATIONS: All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet AACC eligibility policies. AACC reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outside fees associated with this cancellation. AACC reserves the right to modify the registration rate for individuals found to have registered at a rate for which they are not qualified. CORPORATE REGISTRANTS: For-profit companies are not eligible for the non-member registration rate. The registration rate will be updated if you select a non-member rate and work for a for-profit organization.
BADGE REQUIREMENT: Conference attendees are required to wear their badges to enter the meeting venue and all events associated, including affiliate breakfast meetings and receptions. AACC will monitor and scan badges at all events offered in conjunction with the annual meeting. The association will exercise all available options to prevent unauthorized individuals and company representatives from engaging our attendees at the annual meeting. Violation of this policy could result in a ban on unauthorized individuals and companies from participating in future meetings.
Registration and participation in AACC meetings and other activities constitute an agreement between the registrant and AACC that the association may use and distribute the registrant's image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio recordings of such events and activities.
